What is Winter Wildcards?

On the occasion of the end of year celebrations, Electronic Arts, as usual for a few years now, offers a series of cards dedicated to the event with Winter Wildcards to FIFA 23. As often, the selected players will see their statistics be very slightly boosted for some, or even largely for others.

The players benefiting from these metamorphosed cards are not only players who have been highlighted thanks to high level performances in this first part of the season, although we find some of the best players from each championship. The first team will be available in packs from Friday December 23 through Friday December 30 before the second team takes over until January 6, 2023.
