If your car does not contain a first-aid kit after the official adjustment of the StVZO or if this is not complete, you are violating them. As a rule, you risk a fine of five euros. If you are the owner of a vehicle and have someone else drive your car that is not equipped with a full first-aid kit, you will have to pay ten euros.
