First-half 2022-2023 revenue of €315 million, up 12% – Activity of €218 million in the second quarter of 2022-2023 (+13%) – 02/08/2023 at 6:30 p.m.

“Claranova confirms the growth trajectory initiated at the start of the financial year and achieves in this first half of 2022-2023 a record turnover of €315 million, up 12%. The latter benefited from the good level of activity of the PlanetArt division, which returned to organic growth. Our marketing efforts are beginning to bear fruit through the search for new, more effective customer acquisition channels in order to optimize our acquisition costs. The Avanquest division, driven by subscription sales, achieved solid half-year revenue of €57 million. Just like our IoT division, which continues to develop and sees its recurring revenues increase by 30% over the period. In addition, we took advantage of the pivotal period at the end of the year to intensify our marketing investments in order to consolidate the customer base of our flagship divisions, Avanquest and PlanetArt. These investments, driving future growth, will temporarily weigh on the half-year results, but will allow us to increase our profits in the second half and improve the Group’s profitability. In a strongly inflationary global context, where customer acquisition costs continue to weigh on all technology companies, we remain confident in our ability to maintain a good level of activity and to be able to record an increase in our profitability over the exercise set. », declares Pierre Cesarini, CEO of Claranova
