Fitness club in criticism – advertising scandal: “Miss yourself” for “tits like that”

The local fitness studio operator “Fitinn” is currently the talk of the town on social media. “Bugger yourself” or “You want tits like that too?” were the posters there – so the advertising bar is pretty low.

“Didn’t you ever quite like it?”, “Are you angry?” or “They sometimes have puns, but never so underground,” was the motto on Tuesday evening on the X platform. The Austrian Women’s Ring has already submitted an ad to the Advertising Council, as confirmed to krone.at. Frauenring detects “call for violence” “Especially in times of high levels of violence, something like this is unacceptable,” emphasizes Klaudia Frieben, chairwoman of the Frauenring and PRO-GE trade unionist, in an interview. The subjects are “not only sexist,” but they also “incite violence,” she even says. One of the subjects – the one that refers to the bust size – has apparently already been taken offline.
