TULKAREM, West Bank (Reuters) – At least five Palestinians were killed during an overnight Israeli army operation in a village near Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry and army said on Saturday Israeli.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa and a Reuters journalist present at the scene, Israeli soldiers took away the bodies of some victims as they retreated. Four of the five deaths have been identified, the health ministry said.
