After a not-so-fabulous Summer Game Fest conference, the time has come for Microsoft to take action. Two hours of presentation for all upcoming Xbox and Bethesda titles. And above all, news of all these titles that will swell the Game Pass catalog in the coming months. But in fact, what to expect from this presentation? First, news from Starfield and Redfall. Yes, both titles have been pushed back to 2023, but that doesn’t mean Bethesda has nothing to say about them. Starfield is a huge project for Microsoft, on which the American giant has great hopes.
Then, and this is once again logical, games on the Game Pass. Last year, nearly 90% of conference titles ended up on Game Pass. It must be said that Microsoft’s subscription is a huge success, with more than 25 million subscribers, just that. the “coming to Game Pass” should therefore be appropriate.
And then there is everything else. Small games that have not given any sign of life for a long time, service games such as Sea of Thieves, Halo Infinite, a small update to Flight Simulator. The surprises too, these projects which have not yet leaked but which are obviously numerous. Many popular licenses from the past are still on the shelf, and you have a choice to pick from. In short, there should be plenty to do, and this Xbox and Bethesda Game Showcase should stay in line with previous editions, with a full range of games.
