(CercleFinance.com) – The company Gest declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on June 1, 2023, directly and indirectly, through the intermediary of the company Gest Invest SC which it controls, the threshold of 15% of voting rights of Foncière Inea and directly and indirectly hold 13.19% of the capital and 15.11% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from a reduction in the total number of voting rights of Foncière Inea.
