By letter received on January 12, 2022, the Autorité des marchés financiers was informed that the concert, composed of Mr. Hervé Giaoui, the companies Financière HG1, Immopres2 and Immobilière des Rosiers3 which he controls, and Mr. Yoni Giaoui, following the contribution by Mr. Hervé Giaoui, on January 7, 2022, of 305,842 FONCIERE VOLTA shares held directly for the benefit of Immobilière des Rosiers, which he controls, holds now 3,027,714 FONCIERE VOLTA shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 27.00% of the capital and voting rights of this company4, distributed as follows :

  3 Private company with limited liability under Belgian law (located rue Gachard 88, box 9, Ixelles, 1050 Brussels, Belgium) 100% owned by Mr. Hervé Giaoui.
  4 On the basis of a capital composed of 11,215,131 shares representing as many voting rights, pursuant to 2th paragraph of article 223-11 of the general regulations.
