Following the poisoning of these twenty students, Philippe Goujon, the mayor of the 15th arrondissement of Paris assured that the traceability of the products was respected. “The products are analyzed with dietitians and specialists; it is possible that a batch is defective”he however declared, before specifying: “We feed 12,000 children every day in the 15th with fresh daily produce. We want a kitchen like at home”. For The Parisianthe Paris fire brigade also specified that around twenty firefighters had gone to the site and that a doctor had also come to examine the children. “This is the procedure.
