Forspoken details its magical combat system

Logically for an action-RPG based entirely on magic, the combat is an area in which Forspoken has no right to miss out if it wants to prove itself worthy of its status as a Japanese blockbuster. For this new license, the Final Fantasy 15 team has classified the magic spells into different categories that Frey will gradually learn to master, she who at the start of the adventure is just a simple, somewhat rebellious New Yorker. Violet (telluric) magic is the first that the heroine will learn. Like all other magic groups, purple magic includes attack (rain of explosive stones), defense (shield) and support (healing, immobilizing enemies) spells.

Subsequently, Frey will unlock Red Magic, Blue Magic, and Green Magic, but this video is far from reviewing all spells. Of course, Frey will be able to improve all these magics by collecting the mana scattered in nature. The video also shows the role of Krav, the enchanted bracelet installed on the young woman’s forearm, which can probe the surroundings to detect points of interest as well as threats. It is also he who serves as a tool to examine nearby enemies and thus reveal the magic that will cause them the most damage or, on the contrary, those against which they are immune.

Note that a new article has been published in addition to the PlayStation Blog to return to the writing and in detail on the creation of a selection of magic spells.
