Your time in paradise will become incredibly more pleasant. The first major update for Chapter 3 – Season 4 has arrived. Check out a new sniper rifle, keys to unlock new things, and the return of the grappler glove! Also, this season’s super tier styles will be available soon.

AIM YOUR PREY WITH THE COBRA SNIPER RIFLE

Difficult to escape the reach of the Cobra sniper rifle. By controlling its high rate of fire with solid aim, you can take down your opponents quickly. Cobra sniper rifles can be found in floor loot, chests, supply drops and loot sharks or through fishing or reality shrub fruits!

(With the arrival of the Cobra sniper rifle, the normal sniper rifle has been put away.)

UNLOCK NEW OPPORTUNITIES

So far in Chapter 3 – Season 4, you used your keys to open low security vaults and high security vaults. Now your keys can also open holochests! Use a key to open a holocurd that contains an item you’re looking for: holocurds display a holographic preview of their contents, so you can easily tell if what’s inside interests you or not.

Looking for something exotic? If you are too far from a character, use two keys to open a exotic holochest ! Exotic holochests contain an exotic item, and, you guessed it, they display a holographic preview of that item.

THE CRAMPONNEUR GLOVE IS BACK!

Who says you can’t take it easy in paradise? the crampons glove of Chapter 3 – Season 3: Relax is reintroduced! Let’s find out together how it works.

• To start swinging, fire the grappling hook at a hard surface, such as a cliff, prop, or building. Each successive pendulum movement is faster than the previous one, until the third, from which you will reach the maximum speed.
• If you miss a shot and hit the ground, you’ll have a short delay to shoot again and return to swinging. This window will be all the longer if you manage to slide at the end of your pendulum movement. Do not be afraid ! Link swings and slides to move with class!
• Do not worry if you miss a chain: after a short cooldown, the grappler glove will be available again. Once he’s ready, soar through the air again or reach for something that was out of reach. The grappling hook can allow you to grab objects from a distance! Keep firing your grappler glove until it runs out of charges.

Unlike Chapter 3 – Season 3, the Grappler Glove is not found in the Grappler Glove Toolboxes. This time, you’ll be able to find it in floor loot, chests, supply drops, and Legendary and Mythic Reality Tree Fruit. The Crampon Glove will remain available until Update 22.20.

MORE FOR NOTHING

You may have unlocked the Gift of the Nether pickaxe from Fusio on page 2 of the Chapter 3 – Season 4 Battle Pass during the 22.10 update. Anyone who already owns this pickaxe or unlocks it in the future will receive the fusion quests ! Equip the Fusio outfit and complete these quests to unlock seven additional styles for the Gift of the Void, such as Dread Jaw, Frozen Sunshard, sharp thorn and others. It makes you wonder how chrome can’t be modeled…

CHAPTER 3 – SEASON 4 SUPER LEVEL STYLES

Become chromatic. In the Bonus Rewards section of the Battle Pass tab, bonus styles for this season’s Battle Pass outfits are available for players who have passed level 100. Starting October 6 at 15:00 (CEST), this season’s super tier styles will be available!

What can we expect this season for super tier styles? Exceed Level 140 in Chapter 3 – Season 4 to unlock Styles Celestial, Spectraland Amber de Fusio, Lennox Rose, The Paradigm (reality 659), Miaourginale, and Spider-Gwen.

DETAILED SECTION MAIL WHEEL

An enemy there! Loot here! With the arrival of the 22.00 update, you may have noticed that the section messaging wheel has improved. Hold to signal to open the section messaging wheel and place a more detailed signal for your section, or to issue orders to a character you’ve hired.

Your allies will probably ignore signals like “watch the area” or “defend” if they are on the other side of the island, but the engaged characters will obey the finger and the eye. Place markers to advance, follow you, and revive your allies!

MINOR CHANGES

• The boogie-woogie bomb has been stored in competitive and non-competitive game modes.
• Most one-handed pickaxes like the Chewing Hammer or Votive Flail equipped while flying into the player’s hand. This animation was replaced in the 22.10 update.
• In case you missed it, we recently made a balance fix for the EvoChrome Shotgun and EvoChrome Burst Rifle:

• They are now found more frequently in floor loot.
• Atypical, Rare, Epic, and Legendary versions are now available in Normal Chests and Chrome Chests.
• The damage required to upgrade an Evochrome weapon has been reduced significantly with each rarity level.

NOTES ON COMPETITIVE MODES

• The Grappler Glove is not available in Competitive Modes.
• In case you missed it, the Poacher Shotgun was recently added to Competitive Modes.

MAJOR BUGS FIXES

• Gamepad players will now be able to seamlessly navigate inventory with the left stick.
• Fixed a bug that caused the map to still open on the Map tab even when closed on the Quests tab.
• Lennox Rose’s hair no longer obscures the aiming reticle when crouched.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to get stuck while passing through chrome structures at Herald’s Shrine.
• Chrome building pieces now lose the “on fire” visual effect after the fire is over.
• Fixed an issue that caused chrome tornado visual effects to persist under certain circumstances.
• The “Reset” button in the mobile UI tool now properly reverts buttons to the last saved positions.
• Fixed a bug that caused hair to clip through some hats on multiple outfits.
• Black Heart’s character indicator now correctly appears on the minimap.
• The storm notification no longer appears in the middle of the screen.
