As often, during the season, weapons are added to increase the possibilities on the battlefield. In this month of April 2022, Epic Games has implemented a new shotgun, the poacher, particularly lethal. However, it is quite difficult to handle, since it only fires two bullets at once. Poacher’s shotgun, where to find it?
It’s not the hardest weapon to get in Fortnite, given that we find it as loot on the ground, in chests, in supplies, but also in sharks. So, whether you just want to test it or if it has already become your weapon of choice, you will have no trouble getting your hands on it.
Concerning the weapon itself, as we told you, it can be very powerful and useful. However, it will have to be handled with precision, since it only fires a single burst, containing two cartridges, after which it will have to be reloaded. If you aim well, you should be able to deal at least 117 damage (with base rarity), which means with a rare variant, or even better, it increases.
You can therefore use this bullet to greatly lower the HP of your opponents, then bring yourself an automatic weapon to finish it off. Otherwise, the cooldown isn’t too long, and you can easily inflict a second hit, without taking too much damage. The poacher’s shotgun should, very quickly, become a feared weapon, and prized by the community, unless Epic Games nerfs it quickly, if it is deemed too powerful.
