(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on April 15 it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Forvia and held 4.34% of the capital. and 3.81% of the voting rights of the automotive supplier.
The American asset management giant specifies that this crossing of the threshold results from a sale of Forvia shares outside and on the market, as well as a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
