Forvia launches the issue of 400 million euros of sustainable bonds | Photo credits: Hella
PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Automotive supplier Forvia announced on Monday the launch of a 400 million euro sustainability bond issue maturing in 2026. The proceeds of the loan will be used to “partially refinance the bridge loan taken out for the acquisition of Hella” by Faurecia, the manufacturer said in a press release. The Forvia group was born at the beginning of the year from the merger between Faurecia and the German automotive supplier Hella. ([email protected]) editor: VLV
