I am very happy to join Sanofi’s Board of Directors as a non-voting member, with, subject to the agreement of its shareholders, the prospect of taking over as Chairman. I am extremely motivated by the prospect of contributing in the coming years to the strategy and sustainable development of Sanofi, a leading company in a strategic health sector, with a strong impact and in full transformation, and to be the guarantor of the quality of the governance of the group, for his part declared Mr. Ouda.
