On June 17th, the painting company Zinkl from Halbturn celebrates its 35th anniversary. From the very beginning, Robert Zinkl attached great importance to apprenticeship training. A young person is currently learning in the company, others are to follow. For this reason there is a special “candy”.
What Robert and Manuel Zinkl notice: interest in their craft is increasing again. The apprenticeship casting in Neusiedl has brought them five young people who come to “get a taste” for a day. Among them are two girls. “If you present yourself in a modern way, you also arouse the young people’s interest in our job,” the master painters are convinced. That is why their social media presence is important to them. Pictures with a firework of colors by the photographer Alex Lang are an eye-catcher – the wide spectrum of the work is shown. They have come up with a special “treat” for their apprentices. “If a young person learns with us and is an official team member, we cover 50 percent of the costs of the B driving license,” say the two. “The bonus is activated” when the first class of vocational school has been successfully completed.
