free gifts for all players

It’s definitely a great time to receive console gifts. After the PS5, it’s the turn of the Xbox Series to be entitled to some nice surprises. We tell you everything.

PS5 users have just benefited from new avatars to beautify their profiles, especially as the release of Rise of the Ronin approaches. It’s the kind of surprise that’s nice and allows us to thank the gaming community for their commitment. In the same vein, Microsoft is offering something similar, but this time during FreePlayDays, these famous weekends which allow you to test games for free. What do we know about these little gifts on Xbox Series?

Microsoft treats Xbox Series players

Xbox Series X and S users have something to look forward to with the arrival of four new dynamic wallpapers. These recent additions, provided by Xbox and EA Sports, continue the trend of periodic updates carried out throughout the year. These wallpapers are inspired by EA Sports franchises, ranging from F1 to NHL. Although they do not feature extremely dynamic animation, they still provide a pleasing visual appearance as a background on Xbox consoles. The full list includes:

  • EA Sports FC 24
  • F1 23
  • EA Sports PGA Tour
  • Super Mega Baseball 4
  • EA Sports UFC 5
  • EA Sports WRC
  • Madden NFL 24
  • NHL 24

To explore this new collection of dynamic wallpapers for Xbox Series X and S, go to your Xbox console settings. You will need to go to General, then Personalization, My Background, and finally Dynamic Wallpapers.

Honor to sport

Several of these sports games were playable for free on Xbox Series during the last FreePlayDays. EA seems to be banking heavily on Microsoft’s service to make people discover its many licenses. Especially since here in Europe, games like NHL 24 and Super Mega Baseball 4 do not necessarily have the same reputation as in the United States, where the two disciplines are a bit like the national sports. When you love sport, it’s always a good opportunity to immerse yourself in it and discover (sometimes) totally unexpected rules. If you don’t understand anything about baseball, after all, why not give EA’s game a try?
