The Android app will help you get in shape – provided you have a ViPR. The application offers 34 different exercises for this piece of sports equipment. These are divided into different levels of difficulty, so you can set the training intensity according to your taste.

The fitness app also offers an integrated timer and two different training modes: Tabata and HIIT. You can track your training progress by collecting points.

Is it worth downloading?

If you want to get in shape, “Strong ViPR” might be interesting for you, because the app offers useful exercises for this goal. However, a ViPR is a prerequisite for the exercises. Maybe you already have them at home, alternatively you can buy the training equipment from around 35 euros.
