On March 16, 2024, Laurent and Véronique Blond disappear during a hike, as part of their trip to the island of Madeira. Originally from Beaumont-de-Lomagne, in Tarn-et-Garonne, the couple has not given any news since. Their youngest daughter, Johanna, alerted a few hours later that her parents had not returned from their walk. A disappearance investigation has been opened. But the elements collected by investigators do not currently allow us to follow one lead over another.
