(CercleFinance.com) – Frey announces that it is changing its governance: thus, the Management Committee (CODIR) is giving way to an Executive Committee (COMEX).
The Executive Committee is made up of the current members of the CODIR, plus:
• Mary Blaise, Chief Financial Officer
• Vanessa Debut, Real Estate Legal Director
• Grégory Samocki, Commercial Director
• Carine Stoeffler, Risk Manager
Like those of the CODIR, the prerogatives of the COMEX will be to determine and evaluate Frey’s performance indicators and to implement the company’s strategy.
