Attention “Friends” fans: In May 2022, a cruise ship is organizing a themed trip to the series from Florida to Mexico.
The hype surrounding the sitcom “Friends” has reached a new all-time high since the Reunion episode. Now there is even a cruise ship trip with “Friends” motto for fans of the series. On the website of “Cruise with Friends” the fan is greeted in proper style: “I’ll be there for you” is what it says in allusion to the famous title song against a sea background.
The cruise with the cruise ship Celebrity Equinox will take place from May 15 to 21, 2022 and will take visitors from Fort Lauderdale in Florida via Key West and Grand Cayman to the largely undeveloped island of Cozumel, Mexico.
500 “Friends” fans can be accommodated on the ship, according to the travel agency Fana World Travel. In addition to “eventful” excursions, she also promises you “Friends” costume competitions, “Friends” quizzes and other “fun activities”. “Get ready to eat like Joey, joke like Chandler, cook like Monica, shop like Rachel, do yoga like Phoebe, and dig like Ross,” the website says.
The price for the trip is at least $ 1,648.66. A suite with a balcony costs a whopping US $ 3,048.66. And before false hopes are aroused: none of the actors will be on the trip. But there are sure to be a few talented doubles among the guests.
