Heading for the legs next summer. They will indeed be the stars of the season, according to the designers who offer numerous versions of shorts, with a special mention for the very mini models, almost more like panties. At Alexander McQueen, it is worn with a pair of leather thigh-high boots and a jacket with accentuated hips. We find it at Versace in a pretty madame style matched with wise knit cardigans, and at Michael Kors in a thick wool version, to wear with the matching bralette. The most daring will undoubtedly reserve this combo for the beaches.

Pistachio green and tangy sweetness

The coming summer seems placed under the sign of hope, according to the designers who have had fun offering numerous variations of green in their wardrobes. And the shade that stands out tends towards pistachio green. A soft and tangy color that we find on a draped leather dress at Bottega Veneta, on another in a big evening knit at Fendi and on a satin jacket and culottes set, in Louise Trotter’s first collection at Carven.

The women of next summer are not the type to be afraid. Or elsewhere. We saw many completely transparent dresses and other outfits on the catwalks, revealing the pieces of lingerie in broad daylight. This is expressed on a dress in frilly white tulle at Acne Studios, on another cut in openwork guipure at Dior or on a last one, fashioned in nightie-style lace, at Dolce & Gabbana.

Big jackets and hands in pockets

Hands in pockets and wrapped in large men’s jackets. This is one of the looks for next summer. At The Row, the chic minimalist label of the Olsen sisters, it is white and patinated; at Victoria Beckham, it is accompanied by straight pants and its lining escapes from the sleeves and, at Valentino, it is in faded linen, matched with a large skirt.

Floral prints and summer luxuriance

Every spring, its flowering. Floral prints and patterns have once again flourished on the clothes we will wear next summer. But they take diverse and varied forms. At Burberry, they are embroidered on transparent knit dresses, appearing in relief. At Marni, they are affixed in a collage style on astonishing puffy dresses while at Balenciaga they appear on magnificent long, draped dresses.
