After hanging out at the PC Gaming Show, 11 bit studios is finally back to unveil the gameplay of its city builder. Bonus, Frostpunk 2 confirms its arrival on Game Pass upon its release. A launch still planned for the first half of 2024 on PC, before landing on consoles some time later.
Following the first opus, it is 30 years later that we find the city in the heart of eternal winter. Coal is no longer the vital resource it once was, replaced by oil. In this inhospitable climate, survival is difficult. But choices will have to be made to make the city and its inhabitants prosper. Choose between raising children, employing them as labor, or letting them waste away to gain a few days of respite. Once again, management is the key to any hope of uncovering the history hidden within this glacier.
With the announcement of its arrival on Game Pass upon release,
Frostpunk 2 confirms his arrival for the first semester. 11 bit studios also takes the opportunity to remind you that the PS5 and Xbox Series versions will be available later. But it’s not the studio’s only entry on Microsoft’s subscription service. Other titles will arrive in the coming time on Game Pass.
