Frozen Lillet with only 3 ingredients

The Frozen Lillet is the ice-cold version of the Lillet Wildberry. You can prepare the refreshment yourself at home so quickly and easily.
If you like it fruity and fresh in summer, but rather sweet, you can grab the Lillet aperitif. Lillet is classically served and drunk on ice and with a lime or orange wedge. Above all, however, the drink is known as a mixed drink in a wide variety of variants. Especially since the cooperation with the soft drink manufacturer Schweppes, Lillet has been available in many different versions.
The berry mix with Lillet Rosé and wild berry fizzy drink is the best known – probably also because of Nina Chuba’s song “Wildberry Lillet”.. You can also mix this drink as a Frozen Lillet, the ice-cold edition for hot summer days. You only need three ingredients for this. We’ll show you what they are and how you can make the Frozen Lillet yourself quickly and easily.

Ingredients for two glasses
- 100 milliliters of Lillet Rosé
- 300 milliliters wild berry fizz
- 100 grams of frozen raspberries
Also: Of course, an ice-cold drink needs ice cubes. In addition, you can use fresh strawberries or other berries make your Frozen Lillet even fresher and fruitier.

- If you use fresh strawberries first clean them and cut the fruits intended for the glass decoration. Otherwise, start at step three.
- The ones not meant for garnishing Place strawberries in blender with Lillet and blend.
- Then add the wild berry fizz and the frozen raspberries and mix for ten seconds, until it has a thick consistency – the resulting result is reminiscent of slush ice cream.
- Pour Frozen Lillet into two glasses and garnish each with a strawberry slice or similar and serve. Now you can enjoy your ice cold refreshment!
