(Boursier.com) — FTI Consulting Inc today announces the appointment of Arnaud Abécassis as Managing Director within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in France, led by Thierry Miremont.
Arnaud Abécassis (40 years old) has more than 15 years of experience in consulting. Specialist in competitiveness topics – with a particular focus on value creation and complexity reduction – he supports his clients in their growth, including M&A operations, the transformation of their operating model, as well as their restructuring. He has mainly worked in the consumer goods, luxury, retail and industrial sectors, on behalf of listed and unlisted companies.
After starting his career in the industrial management of the Nestlé group as a project manager, Arnaud worked for nearly 10 years in firms specializing in operations performance, including Argon Consulting, specialist in supply chain, before joining Alvarez & Marsal in 2019 as Director within the entity dedicated to Private Equity performance. He holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers in Paris, as well as a Master of Science from Cranfield University (United Kingdom).
The arrival of Arnaud Abécassis is part of the continued development of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting in Paris, which offers solutions across the entire value chain of companies, including performance improvement programs. commercial and operational performance, but also support for mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and operational restructuring.
