DECRYPTION – After a night of negotiations, the moderate unions CFDT and CFE-CGC representing 56.55% of employees, adopted an agreement on a 7% increase in payroll.

It took more than seven hours of negotiations at the Paris headquarters of TotalEnergies to reach a compromise between the group’s management and the moderate unions, CFDT and CFE-CGC, which account for 56.55% of union representation.
