Gabriel Attal arrived calmly at the Agricultural Show
The Prime Minister arrived at the Agricultural Show on Tuesday, in a calm which contrasted with the tumult which accompanied his inauguration on Saturday by Emmanuel Macron. “It’s very important to talk to each other”said Gabriel Attal again, shortly after his arrival around 7 a.m., to a breeder who confided to him “wait a lot” of the executive for his profession.
Gabriel Attal immediately accused on RTL radio the leaders of the National Rally to be the “stowaways” of the agricultural crisis, pointing out their “absolute inconsistency”. He wanted to distinguish the ” faintness “ and the ” distress “ farmers of the actions carried out on Saturday by some of them, “instrumentalized” according to him by the RN.
Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella “come to ponder this crisis, explain that they have all the solutions”, he continued on RTL. But “in 40 years” of European Parliament, the RN has not “absolutely nothing done, nothing proposed, because there is an absolute inconsistency of the National Rally which votes for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) once, against the CAP the next time”.
The head of government was then to meet agricultural unions off-press and have breakfast with the professional sectors, before admiring as usual the muse cow Oreillette and wandering all day through the stands in the different halls. He is ultimately not expected to participate in the government questions session in the afternoon at the National Assembly, which is resuming its work after a week off.
