Gaël Joly is appointed to the position of Managing Director of Mint
The company Mint (FR0004172450 ALBUD), provider of eco-responsible Energy and Telecom services, announces the appointment of Gaël Joly as Managing Director succeeding Kaled Zourray, founder of the Company. Gaël Joly takes on this new role after having held the position of Deputy General Manager since 2021. This evolution of governance had been planned since the acquisition of Mint by EODEN in January 2021. His appointment was unanimously approved by its members by the Board of Directors, meeting on March 29, 2024.
