The Galaxy S22, Samsung’s next flagships, continue to be talked about through a new leak. In a video posted by the Unbox Therapy leaker, we can see three dummy units of S22. The opportunity to discover upstream the potential design of the brand’s three future smartphones.
Certainly, the leaks concerning the Galaxy S22, the next flagship of Samsung, continue to accumulate on the web. We owe the latest revelation to the famous Unbox Therapy leaker. On his Youtube account, the leaker posted a video of what appear to be dummy units of the South Korean company’s upcoming smartphones.
Although the video in question has since been removed (Samsung probably demanded it), multiple media may have taken multiple screenshots. We discover for the first time the three devices side by side, the opportunity for us to see the design differences between them. As previous rumors suggested, the design of the S22 Ultra is very similar to that of the Galaxy Note, with its square top and bottom edges and a photo block that does not protrude. We also see that the device houses a location for the S-Pen stylus.

New leak reveals S22 design
As to Galaxy S22 and S22 +, they sport a line similar to that of the Galaxy S21s launched last year. The photo blocks are still bulky with that characteristic bump, and are still placed in the upper left corner of the device. Regarding the configuration, they both embark three sensors only, compared to four for the S22 Ultra.
What is also the most interesting is the appearance of the S22. Indeed, the device is much more compact than the other models, which corroborates previous rumors that claimed that the S22 would be equipped with a 6.1 ″ panel only, compared to 6.2 ″ for the S21. Note also that the leaker Zaryab Khan unveiled certain technical characteristics of the S22 Ultra on Tuesday, January 5, 2022.
According to the visuals he shared, the photo unit of the high-end model should therefore consist of a 108 MP wide-angle main sensor, with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a mystery technology called Super Clean Lens. Then there is a 12 MP Dual Pixel AF ultra wide-angle lens, then a x3 f2.4 (10 MP) telephoto lens and a x10 f4.9 (10 MP) periscope. Regarding the slab, it would be a 6.8 ″ Dynamic AMOLED screen in QHD + definition. As a reminder, another leak published this Wednesday, January 6 confirms the return of 45W fast charging on the S22 Ultra.
