Released on February 1, Granblue Fantasy Relink is the latest game in the 10-year-old Granblue franchise. It was an immediate success and reached the million copies sold mark in two weeks. Very popular in Japan and around the world, this is the first RPG of the license to be released in our Western countries. A few days ago, Cygames (the game developer) announced the first big update of the game which will arrive on March 14, and it promises big content.
Content galore
One of the greatest strengths of GranBlue Fantasy Relink is undoubtedly its avalanche of content. In addition to offering an extremely varied bestiary and more than 60 weapons to evolve, the game has numerous difficulty levels. During the main story, Easy, Normal and Hard levels are unlocked. Then, the player can, by completing certain key quests, discover the Very Difficult mode then the Extreme, Insane and finally Intrepid levels, which require perfect rigor to be completed. With update 1.1.0 arriving very soon, a new boss appears, Lucilius. The developers rated the combat as “extremely difficult” compared to the last levels of the game. These are collectable randomly and as there are 18 available, it may take you a while to get the one you want. But the game is clearly worth it because they will greatly increase your performance. Cygames has announced that these different updates will introduce increasingly tough bosses as well as 8 playable characters who will arrive over time..
