This week is the 2022 edition of gamescom, a large video game fair located in Cologne and open to the public. Before the doors open, there will be a conference full of announcements.
This week, it’s gamescom, a major video game fair organized in Cologne, Germany, and, above all, open to the public. As in recent editions, it will be launched by a conference entitled Opening Night Live – hosted by Geoff Keighley (journalist who also covers the Oscars for video games). It is of course broadcast online.
How to follow the opening ceremony of gamescom 2022?
To attend the conference live, you will have to book your evening: go to the official website or on YouTube, from 8 p.m. French time. Presenter Geoff Keighley said the show will last 2 hours.

What are we expecting during this conference?
There will be gameplay, lots of gameplay during this Opening Night Live. For two hours, the trailers are likely to scroll and we should be amazed. Will we be entitled to surprises? Nothing is less sure.
