There gamescom 2023 will take place next week, from August 23 to 27, with many manufacturers and publishers on hand to present their new and upcoming releases to the general public. For those who will be at a distance, the most interesting event to follow will be as always there gamescom Opening Night Livelive conference organized by Geoff Keighley to present trailers of known or unreleased projects.
It will take place this Tuesday, August 22 at 8:00 p.m., and Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Alan Wake 2, Black Myth Wukong, Mortal Kombat 1 And Fort Solis have already planned to be present with exclusive videos. Moreover, this year more than ever, we should expect to see more titles that we already know than exclusive revelations. Geoff Keighley has in fact just tempered our hopes by declaring to VGC that this edition “is less about announcing new projects and more about giving fans updates on some of the biggest games coming out over the next year”.

This does not mean that no revelation will take place, but you are warned: it is not necessary to bet only on it to appreciate the conference. It must be said that with the number of projects in development for the coming months, and all the titles announced for a long time which could be talked about again, there would already be enough to do.
