- Sleep analysis : the watch determines a sleep score and offers personalized support on the recommended sleep duration. It also offers tracking of different sleep phases and monitors other metrics (pulse oximeter, heart rate variability status) to provide a better understanding of overall health.
- Wheelchair mode : it allows you to monitor daily pushes and alerts you about changes in position in the chair. The watch also offers sports apps and workouts suitable for people in wheelchairs.
- A real sports coach on the wrist : For sports enthusiasts, the watch offers more than thirty different disciplines and includes preloaded animated workouts for fitness sessions. The Garmin coach function offers personalized programs to adapt your sessions according to each person’s sporting objectives (for running or cycling in particular). The Venu 3 even allows you to measure your stress level and monitor your energy reserve throughout the day thanks to the Body Battery function.
- Built-in speaker and microphone : they allow you to make and receive calls directly from the watch (when paired with a compatible smartphone) and to use the smartphone’s voice assistant to respond to text messages. On Android phones, it is also possible to view photo messages and respond to text messages using the watch keyboard.
