(AOF) – Gaussin, a company specializing in innovative freight transport, announces the raising of 30 million euros in simple bonds via the participatory investment platform Lumo (specialized in the financing of projects falling within the ecological transition). The transaction includes an offer of simple bonds in the context of participatory financing up to a maximum of 8 million euros and a private placement of simple bonds for the benefit of qualified investors or a restricted circle of investors. up to 22 million euros.

For Gaussin, it is a question of accelerating the development of its production capacity, “while the commercial dynamic is particularly promising for the Group”, and of “accompanying the rise in power of the hydrogen range”.

“The collection is made up of simple bonds, which have the advantage of not being dilutive for the shareholders”, emphasizes Gaussin: “the capital is reimbursed at maturity and the interest is paid annually”.
