The essential virtual keyboard gboard
should soon offer a new feature.
The latter could indeed automatically generate stickers based on the text entered by the user.
Real-time personalized stickers for Gboard?
Like many users, you probably enjoy brightening up your text conversations with emojis, GIFs, and even stickers. Today, Google is testing a new feature through its Gboard virtual keyboard that aims to automatically (and in real time) generate stickers, based on text entered by the user.
Concretely, Google analyzes the message being written, before suggesting various stickers to the user. For example, writing ” See you soon with a “heart” emoji, allows Google to display several proposals for associated stickers. Gboard then displays a preview of the sticker above the keyboard and, with a simple press, you can access a wider range of proposals.
A feature quite similar to the Emoji Kitchen function, already available, and which is already responsible for merging two emojis into a giant sticker. It remains to be seen now when this new function will be deployed on a large scale, the latter being for the time being reserved for certain users of the beta version of Gboard.
