(CercleFinance.com) – GE Digital announces that Austrian Airlines, a company of the Lufthansa group, has subscribed to its Fuel Insight software in order to increase its energy efficiency and reduce its costs.
GE recalls that Austrian Airlines is already a long-time customer of GE Digital, having notably used its Safety Insight for Airlines (eFOQA) software for years.
Fuel Insight merges original flight data recorded by each aircraft with operational plans and future flight paths.
Using a powerful suite of analysis and reporting tools, this program provides operators with trends and actionable insights that enable them to implement sustainable energy efficiency initiatives.
