(AOF) – Over the first three quarters of the current financial year, GEA’s gross turnover stood at 26.86 million euros against 25.52 million euros a year earlier. “The increase in invoicing observed during the third quarter of 2022/2023 compared to the same period last year was particularly sensitive to exports, which represented more than 60% of gross turnover”, specified the specialist in electronic and computer systems for the collection and control of motorway tolls.
Revenue for the third quarter increased by 53.4% to 7.84 million euros.
“Variations in quarterly invoicing are generally linked to the contractual payment terms of projects and are not necessarily representative of the level of activity of the company, which can only be determined during half-yearly and annual situations taking into account, in particular, deferred revenue and work in progress” reminded GEA.
