(CercleFinance.com) – UBS reaffirms its ‘buy’ recommendation on Geberit, but lowers its target price from 590 to 570 Swiss francs, a new target which nevertheless conceals a potential upside of 34% for the title of the Swiss manufacturer of sanitary facilities.
The broker says it anticipates the announcement of a third quarter ‘probably marked by destocking and stabilization of margins’. It lowers its estimates slightly due to currency effects, but keeps its operational assumptions unchanged.
