(CercleFinance.com) – Serge Bitboul declared having crossed downwards, on January 17, 2023, directly and indirectly through the intermediary of the company XLP Holding which he controls, the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of the company Geci International and hold, directly and indirectly, 8.29% of the capital and 9.60% of the voting rights of this company
This threshold crossing results from an increase in the total number of Geci International shares following a conversion of bonds redeemable in cash and/or new shares (‘ORNAN’).
