With the RTX 4090 PGF, Zotac has launched the longest, biggest, thickest… most wonderful graphics card!
Zotac is known for its graphics cards of the AMP range, imposing models, but no more than the competitors. The company also has PGFs, or Prime Gamer Force, which are breaking records today.
Exactly 381 millimeters long
The GeForce RTX 4090 PGF is the first in the lineup to upgrade to the new Ada Lovelace architecture. For the occasion, Zotac is reviewing the cooling system in large widths, one might say.
Indeed, while the old GeForce RTX 3090 Ti PGF was “only” 30.9 cm long, this RTX 4090 PGF breaks a kind of record. Zotac has decked it out with a 38.1 cm long structure, which is 2.5 cm longer than the RTX 4090 AMP.
Height (15.4 cm) and thickness (7.4 cm) are obviously not left out for what represents the largest GeForce RTX 4090 currently on the market and involves a quality cooler.
Available exclusively in China
Zotac has logically taken the vapor chamber used by most RTX 4090 manufacturers and decked it out with three 11 cm diameter fans for extraordinary blowing power.
The board has a 24+4 phase power stage and it is talking about a TDP up to 525 Watts. Of course, the famous 16-pin 12VHPWR connector takes care of the power supply and Zotac advances frequencies from 2580 to 2625 MHz, up to 45 MHz more than the AMP model.
However, there is no need to get too excited, because everything suggests that this monster of a graphics card will not be available in our latitudes. The RTX 4090 PGF is actually already marketed, in China, for a price of 17,599 RMB or around 2,220 euros.
