Generali: title on the rise, a broker shares its analysis

(CercleFinance.com) – Generali gained more than 2% in Milan while UBS reiterated its ‘neutral’ position on the stock today with a price target raised from 30 to 32.3 euros, a new target leaving for the title of the Italian insurer that a ‘limited upside potential (+4%) after a 30% rally’.

‘We believe that the benefits of the increase in net interest income (NII) and external growth operations (M&A) are integrated into the stock price’, judges the broker in the summary of its note.

In addition, UBS still considers the 2022-24 financial asset flow target to be ‘at risk’ following the outflows of assets under management (AUM) seen in October this year.
