(CercleFinance.com) – Genomic Vision announced Thursday that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the French SME CliniSciences with a view to accelerating the marketing of its products in Europe.
The biotech company, which specializes in genome editing tools, says the deal will give it access to CliniSciences’ distribution channels and customer base in more than 15 European countries.
This partnership should not only enable it to strengthen its ability to improve bioproduction standards, but also to promote the progress of advanced cell and gene therapies.
Outside of Europe, Genomic Vision plans to continue to market its products and services independently.
Listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, Genomic shares rose 1.5% on Thursday in the wake of this announcement.
