(Boursier.com) — After declaring itself in cessation of payments at the beginning of November, the company Genomic Vision obtained from the Nanterre Commercial Court the opening of a judicial recovery procedure on November 15.
The Court appointed SELARL AJRS, a mission led by Maître Thibaut MARTINAT, as judicial administrator as well as Maître Patrick LEGRAS DE GRANCOURT as judicial agent.
The operation of the company continues during the observation period, in accordance with legal provisions. The suspension of the trading of Genomic Vision shares, effective since November 6, 2023, remains maintained.
