How to redeem codes in Genshin Impact?
The process for redeeming codes hasn’t changed at all, but knowing that Genshin Impact is constantly recruiting new players, we’ll go over it for those who need it. There are two two different methods to do this.
Via the official website
- go to the Official Genshin Impact Code Redemption Page
- Login and select our server
- Enter code
- Claim the reward in the in-game mail
In the game
- In the pause menu we select Settings (the gear)
- We go to the account section and select the redemption code option
- We enter the code and collect the reward in the game mail
