Version 2.4 of Genshin Impact will arrive next week, with a new 5-star character to discover, Shenhe. To celebrate the arrival of the latter, miHoYo Today offers us a little more details on its history and its capacities, new trailer in support.
A disciple as strong as her master
As we already know, Shenhe is the disciple of the Cloudbreath Adept, whom we have seen several times in the game. Despite belonging to a large family of exorcists, Shenhe lived alone before being taken in by the Adept in order to train him.
Her elemental ability allows her to dash at enemies with a single tap, while a long press will summon a talismanic spirit that will deal AoE Cryo damage. Her ultimate ability will allow her to decrease enemies’ Cryo resistance while inflicting continuous Cryo damage, just like Rosalia.
It will be dubbed here in Japanese by Ayako Kawasumi, who is best known for being the voice of Saber in games and animes Fate. Shenhe will be available in the first banner of version 2.4 (just like Xiao), which arrives on Wednesday, January 5.
