Now that players know what awaits them for Genshin Impact’s 2.8 update, you still have to be patient and for that miHoYo offers you a web event called “Hop Hop the Blobs”.
Genshin Impact web event: When and how to participate?
Since the announcement took place today, maybe some of you are wondering about the event. In this case, we will come back to the various important information about this event. To start, you will need be an adventurer of rank 10 or higher. If this condition is met, you can participate.
Now let’s look at how long you can do the event. Note that in general this kind of activity is not available for very long, so remember to do it when you see the notification related to it.
- Event duration: from July 4 to July 10 at 5:59 p.m.
From now on, we can embark on this new adventure which is proposed to us, but before, it would be necessary to know how to reach it. This is what we are going to see right away. As you know, there are several ways to access it depending on the platform you are playing on.
- Access via the website
- Access by messaging from the Paimon Menu in-game for PlayStation users.
What to do in the “Hop Hop the Blobs” event?
Here we are now in the event and we will see what it has in store for us. At the beginning, you will have the right to a tutorial which will allow you to discover the subtleties of the latter, but since it is possible to pass it, we will explain to you what you must do.
The first thing to do is to Log in with your HoYoverse account. It may be silly to say it like that, but it’s the most important step if you want to get the rewards on the right account.
Now you have to choose a level. To make one, you will need stamina. The training level does not require any stamina points while the first two levels will require 30 with each run. By wanting to start a level, you will see that you have to choose a Blob among those you have unlocked. Basically, you only have the Blob Hydro. Also note that one resurrection is possible per level completely free of charge.
Once in the level, your goal is to jump from platform to platform. To make your Blob jump, you must use the left click of your mouse. The more you press down, the further you can go. Some of the Blobs will have their own abilities for you to gain more points. Depending on your score, you will get coins which can be exchanged for rewards in the shop.

Be careful, however, because it will take Collect every reward from one tier before gaining access to the next. In addition, the game will offer youget extra stamina by completing various quests which will be reset every day in order to allow you to get enough coins to have each gift.
Here are the different missions:
- Log in once on Genshin Impact: 35 stamina
- Do two daily quests: 25 stamina
- Use 40 Prime Resin: 25 stamina
- Log in to the event site: 40 stamina
- Visit the Facebook page of Genshin Impact: 25 stamina.
