DIn our democracies, foreign policy is seldom a decisive factor in an election campaign. There is no reason for it to be any different in April 2022 in France. We can therefore bet that, in the debates which will precede the two rounds of the presidential election, a folding seat will be reserved for him at the end of the evening, which will allow the candidates to get away with generalities and approximations, as was the case in 2017. .
