Lhe time has come for balance sheets after a turbulent and unpredictable year in 2022. Remember: it had started well. Humanity finally seemed to be emerging from the Covid nightmare and the economy was picking up again at a good pace, as if it had easily overcome the sudden jolt of the shutdown imposed by confinement. But gradually, everything went wrong. The massive infusion of budgetary appropriations by the States into the economy without any production corresponding to them has revived inflation, an evil that the Western world thought it had definitively put aside.

Added to this, in a totally unexpected way, the “great resignation”, which sees employees fleeing certain professions. I am suspicious of anecdotes transformed into universal truths, but in this respect I have heard…
