Indicted since December 2020 for “rape and sexual assault” following the complaint of actress Charlotte Arnould, and accused of sexual violence by 15 other women, Gérard Depardieu, 74, is the subject of a second complaint. Actress Hélène Darras filed a complaint against the actor last September. The information has just been revealed by France Info.
This complaint for sexual assault concerns the filming of the film Disco by Fabien Onteniente, in 2007. The Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed to our colleagues that it had received this complaint on September 10, 2023, and “study what direction to give it“.”His complaint, denouncing facts which allegedly occurred in 2007, could be time-barred.
