Gérard Depardieu accused of rape: “dead”, “paralyzed” … The chilling statements of the complainant

Gérard Depardieu impatiently awaits the court’s decision. The actor requested the cancellation of his indictment for rape before the Paris investigation chamber on the grounds that there would be no serious evidence against him, according to The Parisian. According to her, Gérard Depardieu would then have passed his hands under his clothes before touching him, without his consent, the private parts and imposing a digital penetration on him.. “Tetanized” and “shocked”, the young woman said she did not know how to react. Questioned by the judicial police, “Gérard Depardieu admitted having touched the complainant on his own initiative and having questioned her about her sex life”write our colleagues.

But Gérard Depardieu assures that she was consenting. “I felt in his eyes and his behavior a curiosity and understanding that pushed me to go furtherhe explained to the investigators. In front of him, I am hypnotized, paralyzed under his influenceshe described. He saw my fragility, he knew that I still had problems with my body (…). I was stiff, I wasn’t moving.” After a confrontation between Gérard Depardieu and his accuser, his complaint was dismissed. But months later, a magistrate decided to indict him after finding “serious and consistent clues”.
